About me

I began my education journey with the desire to help people, choosing a Bachelor in Medical Science. While experiencing loss & grief in my early 20s I deviated from the traditional path, explored life deeply, and eventually discovered therapy through the charity CanTeen. Therapy had a huge impact on the trajectory of my life, and thus I found my way to help others, with a career in counselling.

I have lived and therapeutic skills/experience working with neurodivergence, loss, grief, trauma, shame and re-authoring. I believe with sacred importance, the practice of non-judgement, empathy, trust, and having a deep respect for multiple ways of being. Please click through my site if you would like to learn more about my therapeutic approach, and don't hesitate to reach out if you would like to organise a no pressure vibe-check.
